The POSH session was extremely well conducted. The trainer was very knowledgeable and explained the concepts clearly with practical examples, making it easy to understand and relate to real workplace situations. The session was highly interactive, which encouraged open discussions and active participation. Overall, it was a very informative and engaging session that helped build better awareness and clarity on POSH guidelines and responsibilities.
